Freelance PR & Communications Consultant

 

Role Description

We are seeking a freelance PR & Communications Consultant to support ZODIAQUE STUDIOS across press, editorial relationships, brand positioning, and selected launches and events. You will work closely with our brand team to build thoughtful, highly targeted visibility across fashion, culture, and lifestyle media.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing targeted PR outreach

• Building and maintaining relationships with editors, journalists, stylists, and relevant cultural voices

• Pitching seasonal launches, brand stories, collaborations, and founder stories

• Supporting press requests, product seeding, and selected stylist or VIP requests

• Identifying relevant editorial, event, and partnership opportunities

• Advising on PR strategy across Germany and key European markets

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or cultural PR

• Established relationships with relevant media and editorial contacts

• Strong understanding of contemporary fashion and independent brands

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strategic, proactive, and highly organized way of working

• Strong sensitivity for brand positioning, aesthetics, and tone of voice

• International outlook; German and English are a strong plus

Freelance Graphic Designer

 

Role Description

We are seeking a freelance Graphic Designer to support ZODIAQUE STUDIOS across digital, print, retail, and selected brand projects. You will work closely with our brand team to translate the ZODIAQUE visual world into thoughtful, refined, and consistent design across different touchpoints.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing digital and print assets for campaigns and product launches

• Creating editorial layouts, invitations, signage, and retail materials

• Supporting packaging and special brand projects

• Developing strong typography and layout within our existing visual identity

• Preparing production-ready artwork for print and digital

• Collaborating with photographers, creatives, and the internal team

Qualifications:

• Strong portfolio across fashion, art, culture, hospitality, or related fields

• Excellent typography and layout skills

• Strong visual point of view and attention to detail

• Confident working within an established brand identity

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience across both print and digital design

• Independent, reliable, and comfortable working project-based

Freelance Spatial Designer

 

Role Description

We are seeking a freelance Spatial Designer to collaborate with ZODIAQUE STUDIOS on upcoming retail, pop-up, and physical brand projects. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of atmosphere, materiality, and detail who can translate the ZODIAQUE world into distinctive physical spaces.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing concepts for retail spaces, pop-ups, and installations

• Translating our visual identity into spatial environments

• Creating moodboards, layouts, material concepts, and spatial details

• Designing or sourcing furniture, fixtures, and display elements

• Considering customer flow, lighting, product presentation, and atmosphere

• Collaborating with suppliers, fabricators, and contractors where required

• Supporting the execution and installation of selected projects

Qualifications:

• Background in spatial design, interior architecture, exhibition design, set design, or a related field

• Strong portfolio with a distinctive visual point of view

• Sensitivity for materials, proportion, lighting, and detail

• Experience in fashion, hospitality, retail, or cultural spaces is a strong plus

• Ability to balance creative concepts with practical execution

• Independent, organized, and comfortable working project-based

• Availability in Berlin for selected project phases is preferred
