Role Description

We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team full-time in Berlin. In this role, you'll work directly on growing our digital presence and revenue through data-driven advertising, customer acquisition, and performance content strategy.

You will support in setting up and optimizing campaigns (Meta, TikTok), testing creatives, tracking KPIs, and helping us build a scalable, repeatable performance engine. You’ll be hands-on from day one and get access to structured training through the QCG (Qualifizierungschancengesetz) – a government-funded upskilling program we actively support.

This is a great role for someone with strong analytical thinking, a sharp creative eye, and the ambition to grow into a full-stack digital marketer.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads)
• Support in creative testing (UGC, brand-led, trend-based formats)
• Track and report on key KPIs: ROAS, CTR, CPA, conversion rate
• Collaborate with content creators and freelancers to align visuals and messaging
• Assist with setting up landing pages, product drops, and CRM flows (Klaviyo)
• Use Shopify, Google Analytics, and other tools to understand customer behavior

Qualifications

• First hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid social, or e-commerce (internships, freelance, bootcamps welcome)
• Strong analytical skills and high motivation to improve through data
• Interest in TikTok, Meta Ads, and creative testing strategies
• Basic understanding of customer journeys and funnel thinking
• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, or Google Analytics is a plus (but not required)
• Based in Berlin (or planning to relocate), German not required
• Eligible for QCG – we help with the application process and funding

Role Description

We are seeking a freelance Content Creator (TikTok/Instagram) to help us grow our organic reach, deepen our brand storytelling, and connect authentically with our community. This freelance role is based in Berlin (on-site preferred) and focuses on planning, producing, and editing short-form video content for social media. You will work closely with our brand team and participate in creative planning for seasonal campaigns and product launches.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating engaging, brand-aligned Reels and TikToks (3–5 pieces/week)
• Capturing in-store moments, styling videos, and behind-the-scenes footage
• Editing content for mobile-first, platform-optimized formats
• Spotting and adapting trends to suit our tone and aesthetic
• Contributing to campaign concepts and monthly content planning
• Optional: Shooting UGC-style ad creatives

Qualifications:

• Proven experience creating content for fashion, lifestyle, or beauty brands
• Confident in front of and behind the camera, with a strong personal presence
• Familiarity with short-form video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, user behavior, and platform dynamics
• Based in Berlin, ideally available for weekly in-store or outdoor shoots
• Sensitivity for brand aesthetics, tone of voice, and the ZODIAQUE STUDIOS visual world
• Familiarity with the fashion and lifestyle industry is a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Fashion, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred

The role involves overseeing daily business operations, financial controlling and reporting, fundraising, driving sales and marketing strategies, conducting research, and establishing strong communication channels within the team. Additionally, responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
